Chirumamilla Kranthi Kumar @C.Kranthi Kumar is an Advocate admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi and is eligible to practice across the Courts of India. He has been practising primarily before the Supreme Court of India and other High Courts and has been the arguing council in numerous landmark judgements involving multifarious areas of law. He has also rendered legal opinions to Multinational Corporations and worked on public policy of the country in close proximity with various stakeholders including State and Central Governments. He has graduated in law from the illustrious Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi which is the churning ground of numerous sitting puisne Judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and other constitutional courts of the country and has worked with leading law firms like Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys and Khaitan &Co before taking up private practice.He also has a Bachelor’s degree(B.TECH) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University. He has received various accolades and certifications in diverse areas of law including IPR law, Taxation law, Arbitration etc., from world renowned Institutions and bodies like Harvard University and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and has various publications to his name.
